GENTLEMEN,

In continuation of my letters of the 30th October, 7th November, 24th November, and 7th December, 1914, and the 1st February, 28th April, 4th June and 3rd and 18th September, 1915, I am directed to convey to you the following further instruc- tions of His Excellency the Governor :---

Cargo Sold but Undelivered.

All cargo sold but undelivered, including goods held by compradores on account of bankrupt dealers, should be cleared by the 30th April, 1916, and any liquidators who are unable to carry out these instructions must submit to the Government the reasons for their having failed to do so, together with a list of all cargo sold but undelivered, held by them or by the compradores.
